Yuki Hiraki
Co-Founder

Yuki embarked on EnerScale after selling his previous business. Prior to EnerScale, he co-founded LCO-Creation, a Singapore National Research Foundation (NRF) backed B2B Mobile backend as a service (MBaaS)/ Big Data startup focusing on Location-Based Technologies. As the Co-Founder & CEO, Yuki led corporate strategy as well as technology development, including MBaaS and Big Data platform. He accomplished LCO’s business expansion through operations in Singapore, China, Vietnam, and Japan - most notably in Japan, Yuki achieved high-profile partnerships and alliances. After completing share transfers and strategic investment in 2015, LCO became a group company of a publicly listed IT & Marketing firm with the successful financial exit of NRF and multiple shareholders. Prior to LCO, Yuki was a project manager at NTT Communications (before its merger of global business into NTT Ltd.) where he led VPN projects for multinational corporations. Before joining NTT, he was involved in Japan's Smart City research granted by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (Research topic: optimization modeling of environmental impact and costs associated with Solar PVs).
In 2019, Yuki was selected as a member of Singapore Business Federation’s Young Business Leaders Network. He holds a master's degree in Science and Engineering from Chuo University in Japan.

Saki Kobayashi
Co-Founder

Saki embarked on EnerScale after selling her previous business. Prior to EnerScale, she co-founded LCO-Creation, a Singapore National Research Foundation (NRF) backed B2B Mobile backend as a service (MBaaS)/ Big Data startup. As the Co-Founder & COO, Saki secured LCO’s investment from the Singapore Government’s National Research Foundation, led business development and global strategic partnerships, among other roles, and achieved LCO’s expansion across the region and beyond. Prior to co-founding LCO, she worked in the system engineering department at NTT Communications (before its merger of global business into NTT Ltd.). During her college years, she was engaged in global partnership development at a startup specializing in Bottom-of-the-Pyramid and emerging markets. She was also engaged in a drinking water project for rural Cambodia.
Saki is a frequent speaker and moderator at international conferences such as FUTR Summit and has served as a mentor and judge for various startup competitions and programs, including those organized by Nanyang Business School and Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s APT Women Singapore Program. Saki was selected as a member of Singapore Business Federation’s Young Business Leaders Network and in 2020, was named among the “100 Inspiring Women Travel Founders” by TravelMassive. She holds a B.A. in International Liberal Studies from Waseda University in Japan.


Li Yang
CTO

Yang became the CTO of EnerScale in 2021. Prior to EnerScale, Yang was a full-stack engineer and eventually the CTO of LCO, where he managed development teams in China and Vietnam. At LCO, Yang played a key role in developing OEM apps, mBaaS platforms, and Big Data analytics/AI modeling. A former Baidu engineer, Yang led various AI projects in Beijing and Shenzhen. He was also a development manager for Baidu’s popular Japanese keyboard app “Simeji.” In 2021, Yang passed the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination (Chinese bar exam). He holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Keio University in Japan.
